      Incentive which they will soon stop giving from next month.

      Cons

      They treat Employees like Slaves, 10-12 Hours work karatee without overtime. Use of abusive language. No leaves. Management will give unrealistic target and ask employees to give it or leave. Can fire anyone anytime. They also Target employees who dare to speak.
