      Good experience in terms of learning electronics and digital systems.

      Cons

      My personal experience at the beginning when I started at Trueform started exceptionally well with the promise of working together and helping me towards my electrical qualifications. A year down the line and it was all a waste of time and effort. They’re more concerned about production over support and delivery. Working conditions are poor. Workers are underpaid. Avoid if you see yourself developing in your chosen trade.

      Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, If you know what's good for you STAY AWAY. They simply can't get your pay right as there's ALWAYS some sort of mistake or error on their end. When you try to chase up HR and Accounts regarding this they just pass the blame from one to another- constantly giving excuses and prolonging the issue, They fail to communicate with each other and don't answer the phone to avoid you as they can't be bothered to deal with it. HR and Accounts by far the worst I've ever come across, Rude and extremely unhelpful. Consistent lack of overtime and only give it to those who have been there a long time. Salary is shocking.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions, insufficient parking facilities, Staff treated like slaves and prisoners!
