      2 weeks of PTO to get away from here.

      Cons

      The workplace culture? Think of a terrible manager in the workplace filled with chaos, bullying and retaliation after seeking help from HR. The director? They’re loyal sidekick, defending the disharmony like it’s a masterpiece. It’s less teamwork, more like a dysfunctional duet.
