      - Can come up with new ideas and have them executed - Can bring your entire self/personality to the company - Fantastic learning opportunity for DTC brand - Team is really wonderful, funny, smart

      Pros

      Free bidet for yourself is pretty amazing. Great co-workers to collaborate with and the projects are always fun. Unique company to work for, that's for sure.

      Cons

      there really isn't a huge downside, I love working here but I do wish there were a stronger sense of overall direction and a clear path for upward trajectory.
