    Pros

Good people to work with. Decent environment.

    Cons

Company's future is on life support.

    Advice to Management

You are losing customers because of product discontinuance. American Fork Production Facility Employee attitudes are negative and depressed.

I have been working at TwinLab full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Company picnics were nice
    - Waffle day was good

    Cons

    - the CEO is more concerned about her hair and make-up than the bottom-line
    - Marketing staff is full of "yes men/women" who have the creative instincts of a cane toad
    - R&D staff still thinks Kennedy is the President - stuck in the past, too old-fashioned
    - gone through 2 CFOs, 3 COOs, and fired some very brilliant people who have gone on to do better things outside of TCC
    - Most days are spent surfing the web, reading Trump tweets, and laughing at our demise
    - We have no money - other than what that rich guys keeps giving us

    Advice to Management

[to Investors] - stop injecting money into the black hole that is TCC, and send the CEO packing. [to management] - fire yourselves, without a severance. [to employees] - escape from this prison - fast!

I have been working at TwinLab full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There were some good times back when we had better people.

    Cons

The sales department has been purged. The Marketing department is using labels from the 1960s - their minds are also stuck in the 1960s. The HR department is corrupt. The executive staff is out of touch, self-interested, and poor at decision making. The supply chain staff is run by a commuter boss who seems aloof, detached, and arrogant. The accounting department is in a constant state of flux - lost too many good people because of bad management. The owners of the company are ivory tower elitists with no respect for the common worker.

    Advice to Management

Replace you and your staff with better people.

Tom Tolworthy is an inspirational CEO with strong capabilities to lead the company through challenging times.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the culture of the organization.
Evaluate senior managers (SVP/EVP) with 360 reviews. These would be revealing.
Remove team members that aren't committed to the CEOs vision.

I have been working at TwinLab full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very few. The former CEO seemed to genuinely care about the rank and file employees, particularly at the Utah plant. Nice organized celebration events for achievements, retirements, and sometimes also big accomplishments.

    Cons

Morale has never been worse. People are scared that the company will go bankrupt. A few weeks ago the three most senior executives were fired by the board and no real honest explanation has been provided internally, its been all spin and fog. New CEO has no clue, she reads prepared scripts, robotic, disinterested, and the rumor is shes just a puppet of the board and is minding the store until the company is sold or shut down. Terrible.

    Advice to Management

Start being honest with employees. Spend time in Utah. Be real and authentic. The world does not revolve around Boca Raton. Learn the business and the company. If not, get out of the way and go hire competent professionals to lead the company.
