Pros

The benefits were are extremely nice. Extra money was nice as well. It's good if you need money and want free shoes. Your first pair is free. Shoes in store were 30% off with discount. 60% off online with discount with 5 uses.

Cons

Coworkers are gossipy and judgemental. I work with some petty coworkers. Don't expect a long term career with Deckers or Uggs. There is a good amount of Favoritism. Also if you get sick, and provided doctor's notes, they will still fire you for calling off sick. They care much more about consumerism and capitalism than the well being of their employees. 12 hour shifts on Black Friday without holiday pay. No paid holidays either.

Pros

Great pay, not very stressful outside holidays, store management is great, good PTO and benefits programs, employee friendly company, understanding, supportive company

Cons

Very dead during most of the year with lower traffic each year, lacks opportunities for growth or promotion, company is growing but very slowly, lots of "restructuring", while some stores are opening, other stores are closing, marketing is terrible
