The administration is so bad, they don't care about employees at all, literally I don't write reviews, but this company and the people are so bad I am going out of my way to write one, now imagine. The CEO and everyone have the worst attitude, no one has a single bit of decency, no communication and they just make you work like pigs. Please avoid this company and anyone you see from administration.

You must read the previous Employee reviews. My words are chosen carefully to be accurate yet not betray the identities of specific team members. The CEO apparently has a years-long running pattern of incredibly abusive treatment of employees. Long, mumbling insulting tirades in employees; CEO decisions made, and then major project aspects changed a couple of weeks later, with supreme arrogance. CEO almost goes berserk if presented with his previous statements (project dates, specifications, etc). I have witnessed CEO actions (three times) that would had him fired in a Fortune 500 company. Facility (except CEO's office) is a degrading, dirty, dusty pig pen, bathrooms absolutely like an outhouse, factory dust everywhere, except the CEO office. Employees working diligently are regularly degraded in meetings. Absolutely unbelievable. Almost eeryone is looking for a new job, once they've been there for a while. The CEO clearly has a delusional God-complex, that would be comical if it weren't for employees that require psychological counseling for the CEO's years of abusive behavior and trying to treat people as his Slaves.
