      One of the worst company worked for

      Pros

      Insurance. Bonus was good, but they pay very late in the season, most people left within 2 years, so technically you only get one year of full bonus.

      Cons

      The management was very impersonal, most are Chinese expats, operation manager is micromanaging, condescending, one of the worst in the industry, she will write you up for not obeying her advices, in a very sneaky way.

      Deal with counter parties. It is hard to really learn something because trading is all about experience
