The Operations Management and HR Depts are nothing but a joke. Employees are punished when management screws up. Reviews of employment are never done therefore you don't get raises as promised. Work week was recently changed to cut out all but 8 hours a month in overtime (example pay period runs from the 9th thru the 25th and from the 26th to the 10th but pay week is Sunday thru Saturday) you can have a 108 hr check one pay period but only 8 hours of that is overtime and that's it for the month. In short don't expect to make a career out of working here. It's not going to be around long and it's a shame because it could be a excellent place to work. Once they empty a few of those office chairs, rid the place of black mold, put money into the company instead of paying moving fees and rental reimbursements for 1500-2000 dollar a month properties for relocated managers.

Mngmt. Let's power go to their heads, no matter how hard an employee works it's never good enough, winter temps below freezing inside 24/7 summer temps run an avg of 115°f 24/7, reviews/raises were a joke and a metaphorical slap in the face, brown nosing rewarded before hard work and actual skill
