Confused and lithargic top management (VC, PRO- VC are useless fellows)
No decision and clarity till the last minute
Inaccurate and faculty processes and orange system. This is the only university that is unable to manage its marks, attendance, and other student data accurately. Requesting the higher authorities (ugc, aiu, etc to please audit the records.
They are doing a systematic fraud by using the money for for-profit use. A university in India is meant to be a not -for-profit entity. However, they are using and taking money out through illegal route. They use university resources and infrastructure for shooting the movies and benefiting their other ventures.
No increment if you don't publish 5-7 papers.
Extreme crunch of infrastructure and resources : faculty seating (pathetic, 50 faculty in a class room), class rooms, wash rooms, parking space, hostel space.
