Not much room to grow. If they fire you, you will most likely be sued. You must sign a NDA. You have to be available 24/7. False promises of bonuses that are never approved. No yearly review. The only way to get a raise is to work more hours. The inside of the office looks unmaintained. Low pay for a lot of work. Terrible work-life balance.
