Good entry level experience in Sales, Teaches how to handle rejection, If you enjoy helping people change their futures then this role is great!

Cons

Absolutely no growth no matter how much they say there is. They talk about promotions every year but that is just not true, They have unrealistic expectation and want you to work leads that are pretty bad, No consistency and a high turnover, I have witnessed 15 people quit/fired in less than a year of being here.

Leadership is horrible. Throughout each dept, no one seems to know what's going on. Chaotic, many shifts throughout the organization that are not thought out. If you like the circus, you'll fit in.
