Management treats employees okay to face but cheap and not always respectful. Pays themselves very big bonuses but small bonuses to the working people. We work hard and they get more rich. Not good not happy not fair.
This company is driven to develop the best OLED materials possible.
There is no BS politics - just people working to do the best job they can.
