Good Office Location
Cons
Terrible leadership, no growth opportunities (only one person has been promoted here), absolutely no communication with other departments. HR is useless, some departments work long hours, and management will lie straight to your face. The owner hires "Yes Men" at the top (CFO,COO).
The company is small and growing rapidly, there is opportunity to be an integral part to create the culture of the company. They have hired a large team of accountants, construction project managers, hospitality/asset management and an HR Dept. The people are very nice. Some come from hospitality so they have a friendly attitude.
Cons
The company is growing fast and needs builder mentality types who can help build the infrastructure, policies, strategy, direction because there is so much potential here.
