Very serious team. Lots of action. Management are highly skilled professionals. Engineering are all 10x. The COO is a very very handsome guy who is very well dressed. Fast paced team. Action packed.
Cons
The CEO is a keyboard warrior who watches Family Guy for the majority of the work day. He also repeats jokes he heard from the much funnier COO, albeit his delivery is not as funny.
- Start your career with a lot of multi-faceted responsibility (at the time)
- Great colleagues
- Wearing many hats (learned a ton)
Cons
- Oh my word, just read all of the other reviews. The CEO. He's a keyboard warrior and is the OPPOSITE of "lead by example". Literally the worst dude you could possibly work for/with.
- I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT WORK HERE. If you're reading this and you take a job offer, you can't say you weren't warned.
There is one issue and that is the CEO, literally nothing else. To give you an idea of an average day at Usage, CEO will roll in around noon and yell at you and throw out the most insane ideas and targets, then he will proceed to watch family guy on full volume. If you want a real job go elsewhere, this is a comedy show that isn’t funny because you actually have to work for him.
