After performing such rigours duty, arrogant dictators wouldn't believe that you done any work. These arrogant dictator insults team members in daily meeting and tells that they will strictly monitor everyone and everyone taking salary without any doing work. At the friday morning they tell that you didnt performed any work so work over weekend also without any componsations. If you resisted then be on their target. These dictators not belong to technical team, they might specificly paid to overload you with work with insulting you. worse work agreement. Spineless HR team. No work life balance.
