Additional day off if you work 8.5 hours per day (including break) Work from home options. Have cultural events often inside office

Very low salary (around 90K for Senior developer) Poor management. Very ambitious about dead lines. Have to finish projects in 1 or 2 weeks Recently sacked the best employee award winner due to ICT restructure
