Pros

The owner seems to have decent connections, so there’s some potential for networking with clients if you can stomach the chaos. If you’re young, single, and don’t mind long stressful shifts without breaks, you might enjoy being part of the crew.

Cons

The company lacks an HR department, meaning there's little support or structure for employees. The CEO is somewhat detached from day-to-day operations, prioritizing his second job over leading the company. As a result, Operations is as sporadic as it feels, day-to-day. There is an unofficial expectation of 10+ hour days with little to no breaks and work-life balance. Burnout is a common issue among employees due to the heavy, endless workload. Operations and Management often pressure staff to match the fast pace set by younger employees, which isn't always realistic or sustainable. Nepotism plays a significant role in the company’s culture, making it difficult to get hired or advance unless you're part of the seniors' inner circle. There’s a pattern of misrepresentation by Operations regarding the state of operations and the well-being of staff, which undermines trust between the CEO, employees and leadership overall. After leaving, either voluntarily or otherwise, there's negative talk and defamation of former employees, which reflects poorly on the company’s culture.
