Pros
Vision33 has an internal service excellence team to ensure customers expectations are met, consultants are properly trained, etc. Fair wadges, great management, teamwork approach.
Cons
New salesreps might find starting at Vision33 a challenge as the companies Sales Training is somewhat limited, as new salesreps are expected to be experienced in the ERP industry.

Pros
They pay a fair salary and the work is fully remote. My regional team is great to work with as well.
Cons
This company is so difficult to work for! They have different teams to handle cloud vs on-prem customers vs different product lines that they offer. Several of them (males in upper mgmt positions) tend to talk down to internal employees (especially females employees) and seem to enjoy making things more difficult to accomplish. Rather than taking care of a customer (as we are one company and you would think this is the common goal) the goal seems to be put as much red tape around everything as possible and then wonder why things are over budget or customers are unhappy. This is by far the most frustrating company I've ever worked for! I've never seen a company where you have to fight internal teams to accomplish every day tasks. Frustrating does not even begin to describe it! RUN!
