Pros

It's a remote work position but in some ways this job could be a lot more stressful.

Cons

The managers are super INCOMPETENT but they BLAME us for all their strategies that DON'T work! It's unbelievable how much pressure they put on us to get the results they wanted that are UNREASONABLE and IMPOSSIBLE! I don't know what happened to the brains of these people because they don't seem to be working!

I had a pleasure working with most of my colleagues. We all suffer under the same management anyways

Cons

The employees here suffer under the toxic management. Most of the managers are close-minded and not willing to adapt or make changes. The few who are willing have no voice because they're overpowered by the rigid and incompetent ones. The treatment of the employees byt the managers are far from desirable. We feel like we have no voice in this place at all.

The work and responsibilities were challenging, but enough to handle.

Cons

The managers are very disappointing, they lack the proper management and leadership skills, can't handle rude and disrespectful employees, and take for granted the good ones. There couldn't be a more terrible and awful working environment anywhere else.
