      Pros

      The flexibility offered at Valicom is almost unheard of which is built on a lot of trust and a really solid foundation of values. They have excellent benefits and competitive pay. The people are really the best part.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. It's an amazing company and I genuinely feel lucky to work for them as they continue to grow.
