      Pros

      The managers listen. The admin team has an open door policy and want to hear how things are going. I have never felt more valued than I do here at Valor.

      Cons

      They are small so pay isn’t the best. But it is still competitive

      Long-lasting relationships with other staff members. Ability to cross-train if time allowed. Benefits.

      Toxic culture. Administration inexperienced. Low pay due to company always having one foot toward bankruptcy.

      Very nice coworkers Most mid-managers care about employees Flexible about staying home during COVID when job allows

      CEO doesn’t know one persons name except the three executives he works with. Mind you, this is less than 200 people Low pay Poor culture No values in employees Poor benefits
