Pros
Sorry to say but Valtti Kumppanit now part of Advania Finland has grown too fast. Valtti Kumppanit bought a few smaller firms and after this it meant that some of people from bougt companyes get fired. Uncertain atmosphere among employees is bad for the whole company and employees were stressed out. These changes sadly showed how mean and indifferent people can get and ecpecially incompetent supervisors were poison for the well-being in the company. "Tables are turning" and interesting to see how things will develop in Valtti Kumppanit when Advania Finland bougth the company.
