    Pros

    1. You work with smart, talented, well-rounded people
    2. You learn a lot from your managers, colleagues and client teams

    Cons

    1. The company is not well managed, especially international offices
    2. Induction training is a joke, international staff development is non-existent
    3. Support staff lack in all aspects, some barely speak/understand English
    4. No clear career path / salary scale
    5. Business travel expense reimbursement takes on average 1-2 months
    6. Communication with the head office is very difficult

    Advice to Management

    1. Management should definitely pay more attention to international offices
    2. Processes should be re-visited, numerous inefficiencies and bottlenecks
    3. Support staff should be trained to better accommodate the needs of international offices
    4. A competent HR department should be formed to tailor for international offices, currently the point of contact between consultants worldwide and the head office is a single incompetent person with a vague job description and limited HR knowledge
