I have been working at Vault Security full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This is by far the best team/work environment I have ever experienced! I find myself looking up to my manager/leaders because Vault Security leaders form the front, not behind a desk! Everyone is focused on one thing. Working hard, becoming teachable/coachable and a positive mental attitude.

    Cons

Can I get another raise? haha jk everything is moving in the right direction.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Vault Security for more than a year

    Pros

Advance communication skills. Learning sales techniques. Certain incentives like sky diving etc.

    Cons

The entire structure of the company is a mess. Extremely unprofessional managers that put all blame to sales reps. Unethical, racist and blatant mysoginistic manager that was more of a bully than a leader. Dude should be fired for his behavior. So much pressure to get sales when the pay is only commission based. If you're good at door to door this job should be cake. For everyone else, don't even consider it.

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers. You are creating your own demise with these incompetent people placed in leadership positions that have no business doing so. Trust your reps. PAY your reps. They work hard when you're not looking, Harley. They want to be you. Don't discourage them.

    Pros

Good Pay if everything goes right.

    Cons

Sales reps would sell stuff without consulting with tech to see if possible within budget.

      Positive Outlook

I worked at Vault Security for less than a year

      Pros

If you can do well at door-to-door sales then this jobs is a perfect opportunity for you. You will gain massive amounts of sales skills, and there is a lot of money to be made. It really just depends on how hard you work and the kind of attitude you have. Prizes for top performing sales reps as well.

      Cons

You will be walking all day long whether its really hot, really cold, raining, or snowing (It's not necessarily a con if you can get over that). Homeowners can be extremely rude so prepare to be mentally tough. It's commission based so if you don't make sales then you don't get anything.

      Advice to Management

Focus more on sales training rather then just watching inspirational videos.

I have been working at Vault Security for more than 3 years

      Pros

Able to network and surround myself with successful people. Teaches you great work ethic and betters your communication skills. Overall betters you as a business person

      Cons

Hard work...but hard work pays off. There isn't much of a con other than if you don't bring your A game you will struggle.

      Advice to Management

Keep pushing forward in everything you do
