    Very safety-oriented (awesome), small company gave sense of friendliness and room for career growth, good compensation

    Cons

    Long, unexpected hours in quite remote parts of the country, not a great work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Give out more praise/compensation when necessary, hire more skilled laborers across the board because the workforce is very thinly spread out with the variety of projects

    Lunch Stipend Beautiful View of Central Park Good Starting Salary for Temp

    Cons

    You need to take a strict 1 hour lunch and are expected to work to 6 because of it It's a small office, most of the people are wonderful but there were some difficult personalities on the admin team
