      Pros

      Great work-life balance and friendly colleagues. These folks know exactly what they are doing. They set high standards, and consistently deliver. Their project expectations and planning is excellent. The top level management folks of Vectorsoft are extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning. Their hiring pattern is very consistent. For the young starters, they hire smart, well spoken, and subtly aggressive candidates. They have excellent training and knowledge management. They have a well oiled and empowered HR and Tech Support group. Things get done pretty fast.Overall great place to start your career. If you pay attention, you will get seasoned quickly.

      - Very good clientele base - Most of client work on latest web technologies - Prompt response and resolution from the HR department on any engagement issues - Vectorsoft team is very professional to work with.

      -Good company to start the career as there is lot of scope of learning. -Always surrounded with hard working, positive people and the atmosphere is fast paced and an overall positive energy that permeates throughout the office. -Very pleasing, supportive and friendly environment which made me more inquisitive. -The information I've learned so far will definitely help me to move forward and, still excited to see where this opportunity will take me.

      Cons

      Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in everything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and good.
