I have been working at Veeam Software (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility, co-workers, managers, atmosphere, Ratmir and team are back!

    Cons

This year: High Level Execs, too many changes, comp plans. But, it sounds like all of this will be changing in 2019. The OG Execs are back and everyone is looking forward to what ever they have planned.

    Advice to Management

Keep standing up for your teams. Advice for upper management: Listen to your inside management teams. They know what's going on best and know what needs to be done to make everyone successful!

I have been working at Veeam Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Met a few nice people, fun environment if you’re young, free snacks, yearly company meeting.

    Cons

Young people promoted to management positions because they are in the “click” , with no experience. Big turnover in employees. Different rules for those in the “club” than the other staff. This is a place of employment, not for hooking up. Internal relationships lead to favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees the same. Company awards should go up those individuals who have worked hard and truly deserve it. Company had great products, but staff is young with lack of experience and knowledge. Good employees are leaving and going to companies like Nutanix and VMwe are.

    Cons

This is a great company. Can't fault them on the "cons" that many companies are dealt with.

I have been working at Veeam Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tried and true go to market model, solid ecosystem, great marketing.

    Cons

Inside sales leadership has turned the office into a soulless call center in an effort to reach a valuation figure. High turnover, nearly no one making quota.

    Advice to Management

Make this a fun and rewarding (no, a paycheck isn't enough) place to work.

I worked at Veeam Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some good people, tech is okay, good benefits

    Cons

Where is the leadership? Where is the plan for growth? Hiring inexperienced sales people who blame others is not a recipe for successes.

    Advice to Management

Instead of paying for sales to learn how to sell, hire your own professional coaches to help you succeed as leaders.
