      Pros

      Some and only some few colleagues were great to work with. Helpful with deadlines and rushing the copious amounts of last minute work the bosses like to throw at the eleventh hour

      Cons

      Some managers are so obviously lazy and just push all work to the staff, while parading their children around the office and using them as excuses as to why they cannot help with OT work. Pay is very low compared to market, with zero benefits, and almost always late. Zero possibilities for promotions or improvements as there is less than 20 staff anyway
