Pros
Work culture offered was a breath of fresh air having personally experienced toxic work culture in previous organisations. 0 micro management. Complete freedom to work at your own pace and encouraged to make own decisions and take ownership. Unlimited leave policy without being questioned is shockingly surprising and unheard of. Flexibility of internally moving between teams (if there is a requirement and can be justified). Remote work/Work from anywhere for the foreseeable future. Perks and benefits when i joined were too long to list here. Very attractive salary packages offered. Management convenes all hands meetings for all employees once a month where any employee concerns/grievances are addressed and updates are given on the revenue generated or companies' progress is reported. Quarterly performance awards and generous gift vouchers are handed out.
Cons
Need to organise more frequent employee meet ups, but its always a difficult task logistically given that everyones working remotely. Cant think of any besides this at the moment. Happy to report unbiased, if any in future.
