Where to begin... The company likes to have long repetitive meetings 3-4 times a week that last anywhere from 2-4 hours. They have lost most of their fortune clients and are scrambling to gain new clients due to losing out most of their business to competition. - The internet is terrible slow and the equipment such as phone and laptops are old, circa 2010. Which is ironic because they consider themselves an IT company. - No real direction or growth opportunities. - Salary is way lower than competition - Bonus plan is unrealistic, its like they don't want you to hit their goals so they don't have to pay you out. - Healthcare is TERRIBLE. Very high premiums $150 a month that cover almost nothing. I don't even know why they consider this health insurance, you're better off going with something off the healthcare market place.

The management team will cut you down daily. They provide zero support and consistently degrade you, leaving you to question your own ability. Accomplishments are not celebrated or acknowledged. There is no sense of leading by example, whatsoever. Stay away from joining this company.
