Good pay because its corporate and decent benefits.

Cons

They buy clinics and prioritize vets who come in not knowing the clientele or work place culture over the people who have been there years. They put the pressure of making money on the support staff and when they come up with ideas they shut them down because the vet doesnt want to. There's no opportunities to grow skills and experience. Moving from privately owned practice to corporate owned felt like a step back in my career growth.
