    Pros

Good / Talented employees, trying to make a difference under tough circumstances.

    Cons

Dated platform, bad customer practices, bad business decisions, an AGING President & CEO who are not open to new innovative ideas to better the customer & business experience, DATED employees who are aggressive, rude and uneducated regarding new technologies -- but kept within the company due to tenure.

    Advice to Management

Allow the Vice Presidents & Directors move the company in the right direction and stop worrying so much about your place in the company.

    Pros

The health insurance is actually really good.

    Cons

Every employee is treated like they are as incompetent as the senior staff.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of Bettye and hire a real COO. That person then will get rid of the extremely incompetent senior managers who make life horrid for the other employees.

    Pros

In the beginning a lot of latitude to grow my department.

    Cons

After significant growth in my department, and payout of extraordinary bonuses, there seemed to be some jealousy from C-Levels and attempts to block progress by adding additional hoops. We went from a two week average deal pipeline to over six weeks, which killed growth. Not all C-Levels were this petty, just one in particular--the Professor himself allowed this to continue squelching other high performers as well which ultimately lead to the company's demise.

    Advice to Management

VP is essentially out of business---advice was given and as a result they went from a $100 Million dollar company to a no-million dollar company.
