Pros
Working on new technologies, R&D
Cons
1. No proper planning and prioritization - everything turns into a high priority item overnight, depending on project support issues, client demands, senior management whims and fancies, etc. 2. Too many product and no proper focus on improving product quality, and benchmark. Development items driven by tenders/RFP clauses, and not product road-map. 3. Skill-gaps across multiple job roles and functions. No proper marketing, quality control, architecture, user-experience, mobile-app development, etc. resources available. Inadequate manpower in various verticals - technology, marketing, etc. 4. Too many ad-hoc, unproductive activities as POC, partnership activities, event demonstration, etc. with no long term return. 5. No medical insurance coverage for dependent parents - cannot add as top-up on base policy. Poor leave policies - weekends might be counted in. 6. Arrogant MD & founder - he thinks he knows the whole world on the basis of microprocessor technologies, image processing, etc.
