Supportive and thoughtful leadership, especially at the GTM level. Clear briefs, strong strategic context, and a genuine effort to make individuals feel included in the bigger picture, not just execution. There’s a real culture of recognition here. Contributions, both small and large, are noticed and appreciated, including by the founders. It creates a motivating environment where effort and ownership are valued. The company is growing quickly, and founders actually take the effort to recognize people's contribution and their strengths and direct them towards a path to grow in the company and take on more responsibility, and make the most of their strengths. There is a strong bias toward ownership - people who take initiative and drive outcomes are recognized. As the company scales, bringing in more of this ownership mindset across teams will make execution even stronger.
