      Pros

      Great pay, even when you don't deserve it (like recent graduates out of college).

      Cons

      You're consistently told "people are eternal" and yet management does nothing in the way they treat their employees in that way. All they value is bringing in money and will do it at any cost—even to the customer. This place is cutting corners left and right and expecting employees to put up with consistent changes in philosophy and failed business endeavors. Someone needs to step out from the top to get this place under control.

      Pay, Unlimited PTO Time, co-workers

      Cons

      Ownership. Many, Many people have been let go in one way or another since July first. (Firings, layoffs, elimination of position, and people jumping ship) Don't know the exact number, but I have heard as many as 130. The owner made some horrible decisions back in the winter that has cost the company millions. Rumor has it that anyone who disagrees with him tends to lose their job. No one is safe anymore. Even those in the "Owner's Circle" have been let go.

We recently right-sized the organization based on our 6 month revenue projections. This was not an easy decision.
