Pros

Remote work from home. There really aren't any pros working for Virtual Forge other than being able to work from home and juggle the balance between work and personal life.

Cons

Very small start up business. No benefits. Extremely misguided. Pay is monthly and irregular. Male chauvinism and no respect towards women!

Pros

Work from home. It was convenient and beneficial for all employees to be able to work from home and I enjoyed that aspect of not having a commute.

Cons

Micro managed due to the aspect of working remotely. It would also have been nice to have basic daily, face to face time with co-workers/manager.
