Cons
There are way too many VPs who are unqualified. The VPs are getting paid too high while the non-VPs are getting pennies. They hire relatives, wives, best friends, neighbors whether they are qualified or not.
There are different rules for different people. Some people can work from home and some cannot.
So many drama within the company.
