There's also a noticeable inconsistency in how policies are applied, which can lead to feelings of unfairness. Furthermore, the communication channels are often unclear, resulting in misunderstandings and a lack of collaboration. I've also observed that the company prioritizes short-term gains over long-term employee development, which has impacted morale. In general, I’ve found that the internal culture can be quite isolating. Additionally, I've perceived a degree of uneven treatment, with certain individuals seemingly receiving preferential treatment. There's also a noticeable hierarchical dynamic, where some individuals project an air of superiority, which can contribute to a less than collaborative atmosphere.
