      Pros

      The team I worked with in Sydney was amazing while it lasted. They were the best thing about working at Vitro.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, HO in Ireland lost focus which led to a lot of good people going elsewhere. HO was too project focused and not enough was put into the core platform.
