I dedicated years of my life to this company, giving my best effort and staying committed to its success. Unfortunately, my time here left me feeling under appreciated and undervalued. There is little to no recognition for hard work, and employees are often taken for granted.
The CEO does not care about the employees. There is no real effort to create a positive work environment, and leadership is completely disconnected from the day-to-day struggles of the staff. Decisions are made without considering the impact on employees, leading to low morale and high turnover.
One of the biggest issues is the lack of an HR department. This means there is no accountability for inappropriate behavior, and people can say whatever they want without consequences. It creates a toxic work culture where professionalism is often ignored.
Overall, I would not recommend working here. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees and fosters a supportive work environment, this is not the place.
