I’ve been impressed with the senior leaders who always interact with all employees regardless of rank. They’ve all demonstrated deep passion for the company’s continued success, and are taking actions on several fronts to stay on the cutting edge. They've also shown excellent commitment for increasing employee satisfaction and career opportunities. My immediate leader is excellent; he is proactive and involved (while still giving plenty of space for me to do my job). He’s professional, logical and communicates in a direct and up-front manner. My colleagues are sharp and very skilled, they all work hard while still being friendly and are always willing to answer a question, demonstrate something, or provide assistance. When I was new I felt immediately welcome. Our group has a nice sense of team and we’ve had many lunches and several social outings after work. It's been and continues to be an excellent experience.
