      Pros

      Great culture and genuinely supportive people across the business. Plenty of opportunities to develop and progress your career. Senior leadership is approachable and open to ideas. I can genuinely see a long-term future here and would happily still be part of the business many years from now.

      Cons

      As with any larger organisation, some processes and decisions can take a little longer than you'd ideally like.

      A great place to work! The team I work in is headed up by a superb manager who supports his team every step of the way.

      Cons

      All roles have challenges, there are no cons to working here. Only the usual day to day frustrations we can all experience at one time or another.
