There was little to no structured training or onboarding provided. Expectations were unclear from the start, and support from management was minimal. Communication was inconsistent, and leadership style felt reactive rather than supportive. Asked to work outside of scope. Very low pay rates. There appears to be a high turnover rate, which impacts team morale and overall stability. The work environment felt heavily influenced by internal politics, which made it difficult to feel secure or valued as an employee. Very hostile work environment caused by management. No appreciation for working overtime, on weekends, coming in to support other staff, ex. No room or opportunity for growth. No raises.

Promises are not fulfilled. Promise for promotion and lots of leading carrots. Head office is full of people who only care about bottom line not their frontline people
