Disorganized, unsupportive, and deceptive. Didn't provide field equipment. Will claim prospective candidates lack experience regardless of knowledge level or past experience. Offer paths to certifications based on previously mentioned claim but don't deliver. Low pay for technical work. Basically a more stressful call center job but in person sometimes. Incorrectly entered direct deposit information resulting in first check not being deposited. Poor onboarding practices. Quit after a month working for Vtech.
