      Pros

      This is walking distance from the University. Ideal for students and recent graduates. Its near public transit, shopping centers but not close to downtown.

      Cons

      There is no career opportunity because it's the same people and company doing the same thing for years over and over. Management doesn't lead & they have no interest in the growth of the company and its staff. A lot of big titles for no reason.

      Pros

      Wmode has been great in allowing me to take on opportunities and expand my experience in my field. The workplace is never dead and the amount of work and the variety of work is a huge benefit for me as I am always busy and never bored. Other pluses are a great staff, exciting cutting edge projects, and a great location near Brentwood LRT and away from downtown core traffic.

      Cons

      The health benefits are pretty standard, it would be great to have even more to spend towards health and wellness.

      Pros

      What I like is the stability and the fact that Wmode has been a reliable employer in the Calgary tech sector for as long as I can remember. There aren't hundreds of high tech companies in this city, so it's great to be able to work every day on cool projects with some interesting customers and partners.

      Cons

      I would prefer to be downtown or in a more trendy office but at least the office is near the LRT and Crowhild.
