- The bond between colleagues is strong on a personal level, but when it comes to work matters, they tend to go missing in action. - You may learn a lot in a high-pressure, overloaded work environment.

- The company is project-based, but their project management and timelines are poorly handled. - Senior staff do not assist proactively and often respond with sarcasm instead of offering help, unless directly assigned to do so. - Poor management with unclear objectives and inconsistent direction. The boss lacks leadership qualities, often getting angry when issues occur but failing to guide or lead the team effectively. - The environment is toxic, with frequent blame-shifting and people disappearing when issues arise. - Verbal sexual harassment occurs, but it isn't taken seriously. - Employees do the bare minimum to keep the company running. - HR doesn't fully manage responsibilities, leading to many gray areas across departments. - Salaries are very low compared to market rates.
