      I worked at WalkMe full-time

      Pros

      - Great people who were also friends - They knew how to party - Good opportunity for those who want to break into tech/straight out of college first job

      Cons

      - Low pay. To elaborate, when they promote internal employees, they lowball them. Bring in new workers at market rate who are still as good as employees who've stayed loyal to WalkMe...but take advantage of loyalty and keep old workers at a cheap price - To get noticed you have to vibe well with the CEO. There is obvious favoritism on Israelies and being party party with Dan - CEO does NOT respect each department equally....

I have been working at WalkMe full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Management is receptive to feedback, huge focus on culture and employee welfare, a true 'work-hard, play-hard' culture - the team is working together and partying together and there's a true sense of "togetherness" around the mission here; The company is committed to respecting working hours and tends to promote from within - given the hyper-growth it's experiencing - that translates to a great career trajectory for...

      Cons

Some of the leadership is still young - and the company seems to now focus on the needed management enablement. Nothing out of the ordinary for a company growing so much YoY - but certainly an area to focus on.

      Advice to Management

      Continue to invest in people, be culture-minded and committed to sharing the success broadly;

I have been working at WalkMe full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Smart, hard-working colleagues Great logos R&D Team is self-aware and listens to and encourages feedback Good benefits Great product Cross-departmental networking is encouraged and regularly acted upon Lots of culture activities

      Cons

Variable comp is a crapshoot and is adjusted regularly Work life balance could be better No clear career path (but they're working on it) Manual processes can hinder job - should be farther along for a company at this stage Not enough diversity in the company overall Sales org is very much a bro culture Some departments are underserved and overlooked (recruitment, BI, training, HR & support come to mind)

      Advice to Management

Invest in your top performers - attrition is expensive Be decisive in your hiring -- Top-level management roles shouldn't take over a year to fill considering our network Good people regularly leave the company -- ask why?

I have been working at WalkMe full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Great product, when you hear the executives talk about the vision of DAP and the product you feel proud to be part of this future. Culture is number one, never experienced a management team that cares as much about their employees and wants the best for them. Higher management is working hard, and it is shown.

      Cons

Normal growing pains. Need to put more focus on hiring good executive managers and work on communication between teams and offices.

      Advice to Management

      Keep hiring good leaders!

      Cons
