Pros

Working from home, work life balance because employees can do two jobs, especially if you're in technical or implementation as you can delay this and prioritize at your own phase.

Cons

Not following employment contract agreement No onboarding of developers. No support to clients, slow response to requirements Lack of employee to do support and technical work Delay on projects Employees doing two jobs and not focusing on present.

Pros

Nothing on the positive side except that the job is a remote one.

Cons

- The company has no clear vision or mission - Employees are treated badly, salaries are delayed for months and months. - Many employees were left unpaid, management does not even respond to emails or reminders. - Company did not honor the contract, denying eligibility for many benefits that were contractually agreed upon. - Lack of internal communication and coordination. - You can get terminated anytime without any strong reason, creating a very bad culture.
