      Pros

      Everybody wants to help you if you're new. Other than that, you're expected to do work after a certain amount of time training. It can definitely get busy for sure during summer and fall. Seek growth within the company and everyone will respect you. Upper management needs a little work but its okay because at the end of the day the job gets done. Sales reps are fun to be around and to learn from.

      Long hours and little break time. Working conditions can be questionable in some locations.
